A weekend away in London.
It seems that we were amongst the first people to occupy the room. It had a newly renovated look.
I didn’t dislike anything. The ground floor was still being renovated, so there was no restaurant, but this was reflected in the price.

Expensive overnight stay!
Location excellent for our needs. Staff courteous and helpful. Bed comfortable.
1. My special request for quiet room at back of building, lodged at time of booking well in advance of day of arrival,was totally ignored, not met and no forewarning of inability to meet it had been given to me. 2. Large double bed had been requested on booking form. Narrow twin beds actually provided. No forewarning given. 3. Re-designed and modernised bathroom now far smaller than original. Little or no room to move within it e.g. difficult to dry self after shower; and no shelves for personal items like shaving kit, deodorants, toothbrushes etc. 4. Cost. Now very expensive for overnight stay.

Clean, comfortable. It is expensive but it’s great location for what I needed
Location I was attending a gig at venue next door (pizza express live)
